A Little About Our Project.
Our project is all about helping out the community. We are going to be selling goods and donating the money to the Almost Home Animal Shelter. Our whole goal is to ensure the animal shelter has a little extra money to do spectacular things with. I have a great passion for giving and always have. I'm so excited to get started on this project. To the left of this is a picture of some of our mini bath bombs. (Update: We did a bake sale at our school!)

What is the project about?
I bet you are wondering what exactly our project is about. Friends with tails is a nonprofit project. We have been selling bath bombs. The majority of the money will go to The Almost Home Animal Shelter, the rest is going towards the supplies needed to make the bath bombs. We also plan on having a bake sale at Kingsford High School where all the proceeds go to The Almost Home Animal Shelter. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible for the shelter. We want to improve the lives of animals in all shelters. Below is some of our bath bombs.
Handing over the check
Below is a picture of all of us giving the check to the shelter. We were so happy to finally give the money to the shelter, and they were happy to receive it. It may not have been a great deal of money, but it meant a lot to us to be able to give them some form of help. Even the smallest things help. You do not always have to give your money, or raise money, just volunteering can help a great deal. The shelter is always looking for volunteers. They will try their best to work around your schedule. All you have to do is be over the age of sixteen years old, and go to the shelter to apply. You fill out a short form with your information and they will give you a call when they need help. It's that easy.
